Dr. Lionel Jedeikin
Facial and Rhinoplasty Specialist
Dr. Lionel Jedeikin is a Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon whose life ambition has been to establish and manage a fully registered Surgical facility. He is a director and the CEO of Alchimia Clinic. Alchimia was born in April 2016 , after many hours of planning, preparation and enthusiasm. He prides himself on the fact that this small 4 bed hospital with two operating theaters, has been equipped and staffed, with no expense spared. Brand new surgical and anaesthetic equipment (GE) , including the mandatory air-conditioning and sterilizing equipment, has been installed by the best professionals and brands in the field.
“I inspect the clinic two to three times a day emphasizing to my staff that sterility is paramount.”, says Dr. Jedeikin.
Patient care, with particular reference to preoperative, intraop and postop attention has been stressed to his well trained and certified staff. Alchimia has been highly reviewed by Surgeons who have utilized the clinic. The administrative staff, under the watchful eye of Debbie Arelisky are mandated to deliver an excellent and satisfying experience to both Surgeon and their patients

Dr. Hamzah Mustak
Cosmetic Oculoplastic Surgeon Dr. Hamzah Mustak is an ophthalmologist with a special interest in ocular oncology, oculoplastic and orbital surgery. He is a member of the International Society of Ocular Oncology and heads the oncology, orbital and oculoplastic service in the division of ophthalmology at Groote Schuur Hospital, Cape Town. Dr. Mustak completed his specialist training in ophthalmology at the University of Cape Town and continued with a fellowship in orbital and oculoplastic surgery at the Stein Eye Institute in Los Angeles, under Professor Robert Goldberg, in 2017. During his fellowship he developed a strong interest in upper facial cosmetic surgery as well as non-surgical cosmetic procedures, in particular the use of hyaluronic acid gel fillers and botox in the peri-ocular region. His clinical interests include endoscopic orbital surgery, thyroid associated orbitopathy, non-surgical management of eyelid malpositions and periocular and upper facial rejuvenation. His academic interests include functional uses of facial fillers as well as complications of cosmetic filler injections. Dr. Leandri Linde
Ophthalmologist Dr. Leandri Linde is a dedicated medical professional specialising in ophthalmology as an oculoplastic surgeon, driven by a passion for both medicine and people. She earned her specialist degree from the University of Cape Town in 2022, where she distinguished herself as the recipient of the prestigious Justin van Selm Medal, recognising her as the highest achiever nationally. With over a decade of experience in ophthalmology, Dr. Linde has honed her expertise through roles in various eye units across the country. Her journey began with a general practitioner’s degree from the University of the Free State, followed by a Master’s degree in Medicine and Specialist Degree in Ophthalmology from the University of Cape Town. She furthered her specialisation by completing an accredited fellowship in oculoplastic surgery under the South African Society of Oculoplastic Surgery (SASOPS) at the University of Cape Town. Today, Dr. Linde focuses on plastic and reconstructive surgery in and around the eye, encompassing procedures such as blepharoplasties, ptosis (droopy lids) repairs, lid malposition repairs such as entropion and ectropion, lid tumour excisions and reconstructions and aesthetic medicine.
